This toolset uses a weighted average to transition between two cameras, by default 'Camera1' and 'Camera2' but changing the camera names in the user tab will allow the use of any cameras named.
The 'which' slider enables animated transition between the two cameras including all position, focal length, film-back and other camera information. It does not use the position as dictated by Axis and Look nodes connected to the cameras but may do in a future version. For the moment you can bake down the final position using something like Sinmon Bjork's sb_BakeWorldPosition http://bjorkvisuals.com/tools/the-foundrys-nuke/python
