Launched Rush Submit Gui from menu Sends the current script to the RUSH Submit GUI

Allows user to send Nuke script to RUSH Submit GUI from the Nuke menu.

Script is parsed and sent through to perl script, completeing the following fields automatically:

Script Name

Frame Range

Job Title

Requires the RUSH submit perl script found here: at http://seriss.com/rush-current/submit-nuke/index.html
