About 

The ReflectionBuddy is used to project 2D images onto Normals, or NRef data, without the need for geo exports. Useful for placing eye pings, adding stylized reflections, or creating masks that work like reflections. It has a built in preview, and calibration feature to help you project your images easier, and edge cleanup within one tool

 Features 

Press and hold Ctrl+Alt while using the Position sampler on the preview image, to project 2D elements anywhere in your scene

 The Buddy System 

This is a suite of tools I've been working on, which is designed to help compositors of all skill levels accomplish fundamental tasks, quickly and intuitively

1.1 - Bug fix for alpha premult issue. Added mask utility option

1.2 - Updated Position Sampler logic to fix tiling/distortion issues on poles, and -Z facing surfaces. Fixed bug with with rot/scale/skew knobs that caused incorrect transforms

Hi Hiram, absolutely loving it!! would you happen to know where can I find information on how to export properly a Nref AOV pass to use the tool with animated sequences??

NRef is normal data (usually world) baked to the surface of an object as a texture. Making it will depend on the software package you are using, but it follows the same principles as making a PRef AOV. Here is a great article by Erwan Leroy about how you can setup a PRef pass for Vray in Maya

It sounds like Nuke is not loading the internal EdgeExtend Node correctly. Make sure to use a version of nuke newer than 12 so that it has access to that node
